ERAS 2025 Residency Tokens Now Available
Residency Tokens for the Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) 2025 application season are now available through ECFMG’s On-line Applicant Status and Information System (OASIS). You can use a 2025 Token to register at the MyERAS website of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and begin work on your residency application.
If you plan to apply for U.S. residency positions that begin in July 2025, visit the ERAS Support Services section of the ECFMG website for important information and instructions on how to obtain an ERAS Token.
Important Note(s):
Some specialties and programs do not participate in ERAS. Before you request an ERAS 2025 Token, make sure you plan to apply to at least one participating program. If you are applying to certain residency specialties, including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, or certain programs in Anesthesiology, Neurology, and Urology, please see Support for ResidencyCAS and CentralApp Residency Application Services for information on how ECFMG can support your application.
To be eligible to participate in the National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP®) Main Residency Match® (The Match®), NRMP requires that international medical graduates meet the examination requirements for ECFMG Certification and that their passing results/satisfactory completion of these requirements are available by the NRMP’s Rank Order List Certification deadline. If you need to satisfy the examination requirements for ECFMG Certification and plan to participate in the 2025 Match, you should read the examination requirements carefully before requesting a 2025 ERAS Token. The ERAS Token fee is non-refundable.
